Dallas can clinch a first-round bye if the Seahawks lose their clash at Lambeau Field against a 6-6 Packers team and if the Lions come away winless at home against the lowly 3-9 Bears. In the event both of those events occur this week, Dallas also locks up home field throughout the playoffs.
If the Patriots and Seahawks want to lock up a playoff spot this week, however, they’ll need a couple of things to happen first.

1) The Patriots will have to beat the Ravens on Monday
The Patriots host the AFC North-leading Ravens in a battle Monday night in Foxboro. The Ravens enter Week 14 as the third seed in the AFC owing to their division lead, but they are currently locked in a tie with the Steelers for the division lead.
